Terms
Terms of use
These terms apply when you use usebobot.app, the boBot app on it and the boBot API. Using boBot means you accept them. They are written in plain words, but they are still the rules.
Last updated October 22, 2026
What boBot is
boBot reads public information about crypto tokens (the chain, DEX Screener, GeckoTerminal, pump.fun, RugCheck, project websites and X accounts) and explains what it finds in plain words.
It is a research tool. It does not hold your funds, place trades, give orders or manage anything for you.
Not financial advice
Nothing boBot shows is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token.
Findings can be wrong, late or incomplete: outside sources can be down or mistaken, tokens change by the minute, and automated checks miss things. A token boBot finds nothing wrong with can still lose its value, and a warning can be a false alarm.
- Always do your own research before you trade.
- Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
- You alone decide what you buy and sell, and you alone are responsible for it.
Using it fairly
boBot is shared by everyone who uses it. Please do not:
- Get around the daily query limits, the plans or the rate limits, for example with scripts, many devices or made-up IDs.
- Copy the site or the API in bulk, or put heavy load on them.
- Try to break into, disrupt or take apart the service or its servers.
- Use boBot to break the law or to harm anyone.
Access that breaks these rules may be limited or blocked.
Sayings
Sharing a saying takes a connected wallet. Sayings are public: anyone who checks the token can read what you write, next to a short code instead of a name or an address.
- Write only what you honestly believe is true. Say what you saw; do not dress up guesses as facts.
- No personal information, about you or anyone else.
- No insults, swearing, slurs, threats, spam, scams, links or promotion of other tokens.
- Nothing sexual, and never anything that sexualizes or targets children. Such sayings are refused, and the wallet that tried is blocked from sharing for good.
- No contact details and no asks to move the talk somewhere private (“dm me”, “add me”, a phone number or an email).
- No private keys, seed phrases or anything that could cost someone money.
Every saying passes an automatic filter first, in several languages; a wallet with many refused sayings in a day has to wait until the next. Anyone can report a saying; one reported by several people is hidden. Any saying may be removed at any time, without notice. You keep what you wrote, and you let boBot show it for as long as it stays up.
Wallets, plans and $BOBOT
Connecting a wallet only signs a message. boBot never asks for a transaction or an approval, and never asks for your private key or seed phrase: anyone who does is not boBot.
Plans follow the $BOBOT that your connected wallet holds, for as long as it holds it. Holding $BOBOT opens more of boBot. It is not an investment and not a share in anything, and nothing is promised about its price, its value, or how long a plan stays as it is.
- Plans, limits and what each plan opens can change.
- Until $BOBOT launches, the holder plans are not available.
- Only trust the $BOBOT address shown on this site. Tokens copying the name are not boBot’s.
Availability and other sites
boBot is offered as it is and as available. It can be slow, wrong or offline, and any feature can change or stop at any time.
Links to other sites (DEX Screener, block explorers, project websites, X) lead to services boBot does not run, under their own terms.
Limits of responsibility
As far as the law allows, boBot and the people who make it are not responsible for any loss that comes from using boBot or relying on it, including trading losses, lost profits, and anything a token, a project or another user does.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be given up.
Who can use it
You must be old enough to make a binding agreement where you live, and allowed to use crypto services there. boBot is not meant for children.
Privacy
What boBot reads, sends and keeps, and what it never does, is explained in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. When they do, this page changes first and shows a new date at the top. Using boBot after a change means you accept the new terms.
